Dr, Jafari and staff are awesome! I wish we found them sooner. We were at the tail end of any child’s ortho treatment and were really disappointed with the other orthodontist and her lack of care and empathy for my child. I won’t name names our previous pediatric orthodontist was so unprofessional and made no effort to really treat my child with proper care. The other orthodontist was very condescending to my child and made her feel very upset had a horrible ortho experience. Thank god we found modern orthodontics and Dr. Jafari. We explained our poor experience with the other orthodontist. We told her that we were looking for a new orthodontist that would take over to finish out her braces. She gladly took us in. Her and her staff were so warm and welcoming. This is her own practice and I really can feel the difference in the amount of care and professionalism that she has for her clients. Dr. Jafari and her staff truly made our child feel welcome. Thank you so much Dr. Jafari and staff being so great.

Dr. Jafari is one of the most knowledgeable, skilled, and trustworthy doctors I have had the experience of working with. From my first appointment, I already knew what was wrong and what treatment I needed based on the recommendation of a previous doctor I trusted. I intentionally did not share that recommendation with Dr. Jafari because I wanted to hear her independent opinion. Without asking what I had previously been told, she gave me the exact same recommendation. That immediately gave me confidence in her knowledge and expertise. Unfortunately, my previous doctor was in Northern California, and since I now live in Southern California, continuing treatment with him was not possible. Before finding Dr. Jafari, I saw multiple providers whose treatment plans did not align with what was actually wrong. Dr. Jafari was different. She gave me a straightforward and honest explanation of the problem, what treatment would involve, and what I could realistically expect, without being influenced by any previous recommendations. Erika, her assistant, was also a huge part of why I ultimately chose Modern Orthodontics. She provided clear, honest, and accurate information throughout the entire process and never made me feel misled or pressured. She worked with me to become a patient and was incredibly patient in explaining everything and answering all of my questions, always with a smile. I have now completed my treatment, and I am very happy that I chose Dr. Jafari. Her extensive training, experience, and competence are evident in the quality of her work. Finding a doctor who is knowledgeable, honest, compassionate, and genuinely committed to providing quality care is not always easy, and I would highly recommend Dr. Jafari to anyone looking for those qualities in a provider. She truly cares about her patients, and I am grateful for the care I received. Thank you, Dr. Jafari, Erika, and the entire team at Modern Orthodontics for taking such great care of me.
